Breakfast -- Strawberries and Cream Slim Fast

Lunch -- Berry Buzz from Keva Juice with sugar free Redbull and Protein suppliment.

Workout -- Swimmin!! 3200 yards today!!! (1.82miles)

Dinner -- V8 Southwest Corn Chowder & Fruit Punch -- really good!!

Desert -- Low fat vanilla yogurt with stawberries... blended.

Breakfast -- Strawberries and Cream Slim Fast

Lunch -- Green Machine Naked Juice

Dinner -- Cream of Asparagus Soup and water

Workout -- 1 hr +cooldown on treadmill (fast) (1214 cal. 4.9 miles) AND 20 min +cooldown on treadmill (slow walk) (210 cal. 1.8miles) ~~~ had to finish the movie... ha ha

Desert -- Low Fat Pineapple Sherbet, Orange Juice, and a little Lemon Juice blended.

Slow shift but couldn't seem to get my workout on until midnight again.

Dinner -- Creamy Portobello Mushroom Soup & Fruit Punch!!! yumm

Workout -- 1 hr + cooldown on the Eliptical (5.26 miles, 1110 cal)

Great day today... for the most part. Got some things done around the house, ran a couple errands, and is irritated with the County..

So I usually help out with verifying longevity and seniority and stuff for the Department and for HR. Well they are playing games in HR (amongst themselves) and the NEW people that are handling the stuff I work with just can't get the concept that Fire works 1 day and is off 2 days. They have sent me emails and set meetings on my first day off and plan stuff for my second day off, and then wonder why I don't respond or attend. HELLO!!! I DON'T GET MY EMAILS WHEN I'M NOT WORKING!! So ... I ended up working for like 3 hours today on Longevity... for free... grrrr

Other than that... it was a good day.

Lunch -- Chicken Broth with Green chili and black pepper, with water

Dinner -- ummm yogurt with strawberries and banna

Workout -- 1 hr + cooldown on eliptical (5.3 miles, 1114 cal)

Well, after last night I was pretty wrecked, so when I got home I ended up falling asleep. For about 8 hours.... guess I needed it. When I got up I ate lunch and was going to go to the gym and swim but we got a thunderstorm so I decided not to go. After working for Sports & Wellness I know that the pools are not grounded and even the indoor pools shouldn't be swam in when there's a storm... Sooo.... Naturally I procrastinated. Finally got to the gym about 11:00pm and worked out. Good workout though, kept my heartrate in the cardio zone for 61 minutes. I keep telling myself I want to do a workout and keep my heartrate in the "weight loss zone" but that is so freaking slow... and I'm sure the science behind it says that it's better for you and you'll still burn the calories, but I have a hard enough time hitting the 1000 calorie mark doing what I do let alone going slower.. .humm

Oh well...

Hey, only 9 days left...

Well, at the station again, just got ready to go work out and we got a call... and another... and another... now.. it's 12:30 and I really was trying to get to bed earlier tonight... ugh.. guess I better get my report done and get at it...

finally got my workout done, about 3:30am... getting ready for bed about 3:50 and we had back to back calls until 6:30am. Got about 2 hours of sleep this morning... wow...

Worked Medbow today, out at the race track all day. Did pretty good, started getting hungry at the end... then couldn't eat because I needed to go to the gym as soon as I got home, and then had to run a couple errands after that. Met a friend and grabbed a Blizzard then came home and started laundry and stuff.

Today was actually a pretty hard day. On my way home and after the gym I thought that was it... I was going to EAT something.. but I managed to hold off. Chugged some water and drank a coke.. filled that space if nothing else..

Only 11 more days, maybe it'll start getting easier??? ha ha..

Workout -- Swam 2500yards (50 laps)

Dinner -- Creamy Portabello Mushroom soup & Water

Desert -- lowfat vanilla yogurt with strawberries and juice

also (cranberry juice, orange juice, and about 1/2 gallon of water)

Today was pretty good. Still craving to eat something. I'm not all that hungry, and when I am I'm able to drink that away. However, had some sever moments of weakness today... but I overcame them all!

There was a BBQ at Headquarters for Theresa's retirement... man those burgers smelled good. Glad I had my Keva Juice in hand... Glad I thought about that ahead of time...

Then, I was at the store and thought... ya know... just one tortilla won't kill me... but then I picked up the pack and thought... there's at least 10 here... they'll be in the house... ugh... put them back..... so I did.

Then tonight at the house.. I started rumaging... and thought.. tuna salad is pretty healthy... ha ha... decided to have yogurt and strawberries blended instead..

Again, it's really not that I'm hungry, I'm getting full from the drinks. I'm just bored with drinks and want to bite something!!! ha ha... well, only 13 more days. I can do it!!
