Breakfast -- Atkins Strawberry Shake
Lunch -- Out and about again today... Keva Juice --Hawaiian Holiday with Protein Supplement
Snack -- yeah.. had to today... had some chicken broth with blended green chili in it and black pepper... yummm
Workout --- 1 hour + cool down on the eliptical (5 miles, 1085 cal.)
Dinner -- Vanilla Low fat yogert, 2% milk, mixed fruit (strawberries, mango, pineapple) and Protein supplement.
Another good day, except it's hard to remember where a Keva Juice is located when you're running errands and working. Better preplanning.
Workout was good once I finally got to the gym. Kept a good cardio heart rate for an hour. Stayed in the zone.
Not too much going on other than work at the Union Hall today.
