Breakfast -- Atkins Strawberry Shake

Lunch -- Mighty Mango Naked Juice

Dinner -- Cream of Chicken Soup and Cranberry Juice

Desert -- Fat free Pineapple sherbet, mixed berries, yogurt, 2% milk

Workout -- Treadmill 1hr + cooldown (4.81 miles, 1216 cal.)

(other .. gal. of water, almost a quart of Pomegranate lemonade, XXX Vitamin Water)
