Lunch -- Mighty Mango Naked Juice
Workout -- Swimming... 2200 yards
Dinner -- Cream of Celery Soup & Water
also aprox. 1 gallon of water and a Diet Coke at the movies..

Got off work this am and forgot to buy more shakes for Breakfast... juice was good, I need to get some more Grapefruit juice though.. I love that stuff.
Mellow day... ended up going to the movies with Monika and the girls. Saw UP in 3D. That was a good movie...
Other than that.. not a bad day.. burned my soup a little. No crying though...
